Emerald Row is a mid-rise, mixed-use residential development located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin (a suburb of Milwaukee). Situated in Oak Creek’s new downtown, Drexel Town Square, this signature property consists of 167 apartment units and 2,200 square feet of retail space (currently occupied by Valentine Coffee). Emerald Row takes cues from the planning objectives of Drexel Town Square, where public and private spaces share equal importance and residents are afforded the benefit of having lifestyle amenities and everyday conveniences within a short walk.

Emerald Row distinguishes itself by brining new urban qualities to a suburban setting with the look and feel of a traditional neighborhood, while also adding innovative styling and modern amenities. The development is centered around a subtly stretched V-shaped building lined with traditional row house apartments that sit a half-story above a lush central boulevard. Residents are able to enjoy underground parking and modern design features in a distinctively retreat-like setting.

Emerald Row offers plentiful amenities to residents including a full service 24-hour concierge, room service, outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour fitness facility, key fob controlled entry, movie theatre, community room, LEED-certified construction, bike storage, storage lockers, ample green space, and pet accommodations. All units feature hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
