Affiliated Scores $50M Construction Loan for West Palm Multifamily Project

Affiliated Development has started construction on The Spruce, a planned eight-story apartment building in West Palm Beach, after securing a $50 million loan from the Bank of Montreal. Located on a 1.5-acre site at 2501 Spruce Avenue, the project will feature 270 units, with 117 designated for households earning 80% to 100% of the area median income.
