Developer asks Boynton Beach to speed up incentives for 300-apartment project
Officials in Boynton Beach are set to review a request from a developer to speed up incentives for a 300-unit mixed-use project that includes workforce housing.
At their next meeting on June 9, members of Boynton Beach’s Community Redevelopment Agency will consider a request from Fort Lauderdale-based Affiliated Development to convert the terms of an existing $7 million tax-increment revenue funding agreement to three years, from 15 years.
